We are a supplier specializing in providing custom clothing services to our clients. (such as t-shirt, hoodies, sweatpants, cargo pants, shorts, jorts, jeans and so on…)
2. How should I collaborate with you?
You can submit your requests to us via the form on our website. A professional representative will then contact you and produce a sample tailored to your specific requirements.
3. How long is your production cycle?
Regarding production lead times, we categorize them into the following scenarios:
- For sample, the production time will be 7 working days after we confirmed all details with each other.
- For bulk orders, it will take 15-20 days to produce 50-200 units; and 25-30 days to produce 300-1000 units…
4. How do you ship the goods to me?
Based on the address you provide and the quantity of goods, we will match you with the most cost-effective logistics solution; We typically work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF International, TNT and so on…
5. Why am I not receiving reply to my emails?
After we receive your email, we will get back to you with a (human) response as soon as possible, and this should take no longer than 2 – 7 hours. If you still haven’t received our email after 12 hours, we suggest that you:
